FOUNDER & PROPRIETOROur Founder and Proprietor, Mr. Namdev Jadhav, is an ex-army serviceman having 10+ years of experience as a TRAINER in the Indian Army Training Centre at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The Indian Army has granted him the Special Service Medal during 2011-2012. Mr. Jadhav has a dynamic personality with rich and diversified experience in the domain of the Indian Army.
On voluntary retirement from the Indian Army, he opted for an opportunity to join Tech Mahindra, Pune as a Security Training Officer, wherein he earned total Professional Experience in the area of Industrial and Civilian Security, Safety, and troubleshooting. Further, he has acquired leadership and management skills from a well-known Training Centre, namely GURUKUL SECURITY TRAINING INSTTITUTE, approved under the Maharashtra Private Security Agencies (R) Act 2007. He has the vision that quality security services embodied with competitive spirit and skill have always been on the topmost agenda in the years to come.
Manager Admin. & Operations
He is a dynamic personality who has acquired adequate knowledge in the field of Security Operations & Administration of Various Groups of Companies during his last 10+ years of service tenure with private security services agencies. He has further upgraded himself by obtaining essential Training in Security Operations from a well-known private sector Institution approved by the Home Guard Authority of Maharashtra State under the PSARA Act. It is needless to state that he is one of the key assets and leading persons of our Administration and Operations Team.
